Cisco Calling Plans

It is a new offer that provides Cisco Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity to Cisco Webex Calling customers. Customers and partners can now request toll/Direct Inward Dialing (DID) phone numbers directly from Cisco and have their existing numbers ported to the Cisco network. Cisco Calling Plans are managed natively from Cisco Webex Control Hub and are billed from Cisco (through partners).

When will Cisco Calling Plans be available? 

Cisco Calling Plan for Webex Calling customers is available for ordering as of December 16, 2020, on Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan 3.0. All orders that include Cisco Calling Plans will be placed on Compliance Hold. Orders are targeted to be released from Compliance Hold in mid-January 2021.

What is available in a Cisco Calling Plan?

The following products and services are available as part of a Cisco Calling Plan:
•    Outbound Calling Plan (committed & uncommitted)
•    Unlimited local dialing in the United States
•    Unlimited domestic long distance within the United States and Canada Telephone Number (uncommitted)r
•    1 direct dial number • Registration with emergency services
•    CNAM registration for Caller ID functionality International Calling (metered).
